JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Franklin Timmons describes the search and rescue effort for a missing sailboat captain off the coast of Florida, Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011. Brian Jeffery Oliver, 45, of St. Augustine, Fla., was reported missing in the Atlantic Ocean approximately two-miles east of Flagler Beach, Monday, after falling overboard from a 22-foot sailboat.
