The ACS Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a mandatory enrollment program that identifies, tracks, and provides special services to families with members who have any physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual disability.
The goal of the EFMP is to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, housing, education, medical, and personnel services to eligible families with exceptional family members.
