    ARCTIC EDGE 2018 is a Homeland Defense exercise hosted by Alaskan Command under the authority of U.S. Northern Command. ARCTIC EDGE will prepare and test military forces’ ability to operate tactically in the extreme cold-weather conditions found in Arctic environments. Approximately 1,500 U.S. military personnel from all branches of service are expected to participate. Images and videos will be posted here throughout the exercise and on the Alaska Command Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ALCOMANR.
