The graphic features MoH recipients 1st Lt. Samuel Woodfill, Cpt. Paris D. Davis, 1st Lt. Douglas Bernard Fournet, 1st Lt. Edward R. Schowalter Jr., Maj. Hulon B. Whittington, Pfc. Leslie Allen Bellrichard, 2nd Lt. Hampton M. Roach, 1st Sgt. Homer L. Wise and Pfc. Milton Arthur Lee. Each recipient was either born or stationed in Louisiana.
