A vector graphic created as a logo design for the Junior Enlisted Association (JEA) aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis. The design features two eagles. One of the eagles is colored a steal gray and a light blue, symbolizing the ship, John C. Stennis. The blue eagle is holding an anchor, emphasizing the ship and the strength that the crew holds. The opposite eagle is brown, and carries a trident. This eagle represents the aircraft carrier's air wing and the attack power and lethality the ship possess. The background is a wave that shows the movement forward, emphasizing that America's Navy continues to grow into the future. JEA's motto is "the future of the fleet". The motto is written boldly within the design to highlight that the future of the Navy lies within the hands of the junior Sailors, the next generation. Lastly, a chain encircles the design to mean that each Sailor is part of a bigger picture. The chain stops with an opening to allow more Sailors to follow.
