Rear Adm. Earl L. Gay, Commander, Navy Recruiting Command and Rear Adm. Annie B. Andrews, oncoming Commander, Navy Recruiting Command meet with Rep. Joe Wilson (R-South Carolina) Aug. 22, 2013 as part of a Congressional delegation. The purpose of the visit is to focus on recruiting efforts in a budget constrained environment, provide an overview of the mission and functions of NRC, and to observe the capabilities and operations of security contracting continually used by multiple United States government agencies.
