Robert Rauchle, chief of staff for the 85th Support Command, explains Army Reserve procedures to Division-West command teams during an initial orientation brief hosted at the 85th Support Command headquarters near Chicago, Aug. 19. The Division West incoming command teams took part in the brief as an orientation and understanding of how Army Reserve procedures work.
