Patrol coastal boats USS FIrebolt (PC 10) and USS Whirlwind (PC 12), the afloat forward staging base (interim) USS Ponce (AFSB(I) 15), and the guided-missile destroyer USS Shoup (DDG 86) come together in formation during exercise Spartan Kopis.
