Gregg Sturdevant, director of strategic planning and policy at U.S. Pacific Command, sign a summary of meeting minutes at the end of the 2013 Military Maritime Consultative Agreement plenary meeting between the U.S. Department of Defense and the People's Republic of China Ministry of National Defense. MMCA is a consultation mechanism to strengthen military maritime safety, and the plenary meeting is the venue for discussing military maritime safety between maritime and air forces of the U.S. and China.
