North Carolina Highway Patrol Sgt. Mike Conwell instructs Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Thomas Anspach and Army Master Sgt. Robert Baker on the timed course they must complete before continuing on to the second weed of training in the Basic Police Motorcycle Officer’s course Aug. 16, 2013, in Raleigh, N.C.
