At left is the "before" sign that hung on Camp Stone's troop medical clinic in Herat Province, Afghanistan, since 2008. But in July 2013, the Guam Army National Guard's Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry Regiment, rededicated the facility to better honor Navy Chief Petty Officer 2nd Class Anthony Carbullido, a Guam resident who died five years ago. Photo at right memorializes Carbullido with Guam significance. (U.S. Army National Guard photo/Released)
