Jeffery Hammond, the commanding general of Multi-National Division - Baghdad and the 4th Infantry Division, speaks with the Soldiers of MND-B's 1st Battalion, 2nd Striker Cavalry Regiment, at the unit's headquarters on Command Outpost Apache in the Dhamiyah district of Baghdad July 4. While there, Hammond awarded the Bronze Star Medal with 'V' device for Valor to Sgt.
