Through the aid of a laptop, Wi-Fi and an Internet video conferencing site, Staff Sgt. Lamartrus Exley, 376th Expeditionary Communication Squadron, witnessed the birth of his firstborn Aug. 14, 2013. Deployed to the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Exley is one of many military members to use Web video chat sites to share in their family's special moments.
