Yuan Yubai, deputy commander of the Chinese North Sea Fleet, People's Liberation Army (Navy), aboard the Chinese destroyer Harbin (DDG 112) at a lunch that marks the end of a U.S.-China counter piracy exercise between Harbin and the guided-missile destroyer USS Mason (DDG 87). Mason is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
