Javier Cuevas Gomez, deputy chief of staff for administration on the General Staff of the Mexican Air Force, during a visit to Fort Hood, Texas, Aug. 14. During the trip, Swift guided Cuevas and other senior logistics officers with the Mexican military through a step-by-step process of identifying faults within assigned equipment then using the supply and maintenance computer systems to track equipment statuses and ordering replacement parts.
