Comedian Patrick DeGuire displays a T-shirt with what he argued should be the correct sign cautioning motorists about illegal Mexican immigrants during a comedy concert held July 1, 2008 at the Goat Locker. Dequire coordinated the concert and emceed the Morale, Welfare and Recreation-sponsored event for Navy and Joint Task Force personnel. JTF Guantanamo conducts safe and humane care and custody of detained enemy combatants.
