Marines serving with Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, wrap a tourniquet around a role-player's leg and while examining him for injuries during the battalion's Integrated Training Exercise here, Aug. 9, 2013. The Marines rushed to the scene after an improvised explosive device detonated to save the lives of two role-players. The ITX is a training exercise held at the Combat Center to prepare Marines for a combat deployment.
