During the Non-commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony, June 28, the new NCOs had to step over a line symbolizing their cross-over from a junior enlisted Soldier into the ranks of a non-commissioned officer. By stepping over the line, each inductee officially accepted their roles as NCOs.
