Seaman John Vondrachek, boatswain's mate, demonstrates essential restraint techniques while Petty Officer 1st Class Anwar Blakely, master-at-arms, critiques his actions during a force protection drill aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley. These drills are used to simulate real-time attacks through a variety of scenerios. Bulkeley is one of six vessels of the Nassau Strike Group operating in the Navy's 6th Fleet area of responsibility supporting maritime security operations.
