Members of Joint Task Force 136 (Maneuver Enhancement Brigade), joined by senior leadership within the Texas Military Forces, conduct a change of command and uncasing ceremony at the Round Rock Armed Forces Reserve Center Sept. 8, 2013. The ceremony marks the safe return of the unit from its deployment to Afghanistan and commemorates the transfer of command from Brig. Gen. Bill Hall to Col. Lee Schnell. The ceremony further represents the official adoption of the unit's new designation as the Joint Task Force 136 (Maneuver Enhancement Brigade) as it unites Joint Task Force 71 and the 136th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade.
