Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Talley, chief of U.S. Army Reserve and the commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve Command, explains the emblem on his coin to Soldiers serving with the Army Reserve’s 464th Transportation Company following a mission on the Potomac River in Washington D.C. on Aug. 28, 2013. Talley presented his coin to the six Soldiers in recognition of their service and their efforts supporting an Employer Partnership Office event.
