U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Mason Mercer, 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems journeyman, strips the end of a wire for a new light emitting diode fixture being placed on a basketball court at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia, Sept. 11, 2013.
