Members of the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command's Joint Planning Support Element and Joint Public Affairs Support Element integrated with Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet and the Australian Defence Force aboard the USS Blue Ridge during Talisman Saber 13 as part of Combined Task Force-660. JPSE and JPASE members provided critical expertise in joint planning and public affairs which assisted in the successful recertification of U.S. 7th Fleet as a joint task force-capable headquarters.
