The 4th Joint Communications Squadron of the Joint Communications Support Element employed an Early Entry Package (EEP) to supplement communication services provided by the 415th Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Brigade during Vibrant Response 13-2. The EEP provided unclassified network access, commercial Internet, phone and video teleconferencing capabilities.
