The crew of the Petersburg-based 110-foot Coast Guard Cutter Anacapa tows the Chignik-based 125-foot fishing tender Express 90 miles to Hoohah, Alaska, from the Fairweather Grounds in the Gulf of Alaska Sept. 17, 2013.
