David Jenkins, a New London, Ohio, native, and squad leader for the Heavy Equipment Truck Transport Platoon, 416th Transportation Company, attached to the 57th Transportation Company, 168th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Sustainment Brigade, takes one last opportunity to rest prior to departing Kuwait on the second of four legs that will take him and his fellow soldiers down 83,488 miles of dangerous roads throughout Iraq and Kuwait. The HETT Platoon transports all types of Class VII supplies in support of Multi-National Division-Baghdad. "This trip was a blast," said Jenkins.
