Paul Rolston, a Belmont, Mass., native, cleans a local Iraqi's foot during a Cooperative Medical Engagement mission, July 5, to help Iraqis rebuild their medical infrastructure and to boost local confidence in Iraq's Ministry of Health. Rolston serves with the 1st Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
