Jeffery Quinhoes, 455th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels service center supervisor, deployed from Ellsworth AFB, S.D., and a native of Bernice, Okla., places a radio in a recharging station in the FSC at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Sept. 18, 2013. The FSC tracks inventories to ensure fuel is available to meet air tasking order requirements and maintains accountability of its personnel, which are vital to sustaining operations with the periodic rocket here.
