Joseph Fescina with the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment finishes a 12-mile road march as part of Expert Field Medical Badge qualification at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 23, 2013. Fescina is one of the five out of the 133 medical soldiers from across the U.S. Army Alaska, the 25th Infantry Division and both the California and Alaska National Guard.
