Senior Airman Matthew Hunter and Tech. Sgt. Jonnedi Paule, 19th Movement Control Team aerial porters, heft a “tricon” shipping container into a C-130 Hercules cargo plane at Forward Operating Base Salerno, Khost province, Afghanistan, Sept. 21, 2013. The 19th MCT, a small squadron of Air Force surface movement controllers and aerial porters, have the herculean task of overseeing the vast majority of retrograde operations at FOB Salerno. Hunter, a native of Trophy Club, Texas and Paule, a St. Paul, Minn. native, are both forward deployed from Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
