Addison D. "Tad" Davis IV is presented the Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service by Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, U.S. Army Forces Command commanding general, at the USARC headquarters on Fort Bragg, N.C., Sept. 27, 2013. The award is the highest award that an Army civilian can receive granted by the secretary of the Army and is comparable to the military Distinguished Service Medal.
