Soldiers, civilians, and Airmen who reside on Camp Taji, Iraq, enjoy a step aerobics workout, July 1, at the Durable Gym. Word about the step aerobics workout spread, and the class grew from having about 20 people to having almost 50 participants. "I first heard about step aerobics through friends that were already involved in the program. It sounded like a lot of fun, like a stress reliever, and for the ones going on a regular basis, they were seeing results," said Sgt. Jasmine Burks, a Junction City, Kan., native and medic with the 1st Sustainment Brigade.
