Filipino police officers and U.S. Marines remove mud and debris Sept. 29 as part of a community relations event at Olongapo City, Zambales, Republic of the Philippines during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. During the event, Filipino police officers, community members and soldiers worked alongside U.S. Marines and sailors to clean three flood-affected schools. PHIBLEX 14 is designed to improve interoperability, increase readiness and enhance the ability for a bilateral force to respond to natural disasters or other regional contingencies.
