Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel is laughs with U.S. Forces Korea commanding Gen. Robert Thurman as Hagel presents him with a gift in Seoul, Republic of Korea, Oct. 2, 2013. Hagel presented Thurman with an authentic fire fighters helmet with Thurman's name on it. Thurman, who collects fire fighter memorabilia laughed as Hagel told him he knew that commanders always have a white helmet.
