Commander Jeffrey Morganthaler, the commanding officer of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2, takes his position on the diving stage during dive training operations aboard the Military Sealift Command ship USNS Grapple (T-ARS 53) in Key West, Fla. The training, which ultimately certifies Company 2-1 for deployment, also focuses on qualifying personnel to operate different pieces of equipment and to conduct different jobs within the dive side team.
