Wives of U.S. Marine Corps Col. Eduardo Jany, commanding officer for Anti-Terrorism Battalion, 4th Marine Division (4th MARDIV), Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), and Sgt. Maj. Todd Lemoine, Sergeant Major for Anti-Terrorism Battalion, 4TH MARDIV, MARFORRES, were presented with flowers for their unwavering support during the deactivation ceremony of Anti-Terrorism Battalion and the activation ceremony of Company E, 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, 4th MARDIV, MARFORRES, aboard Navy Operations Center, Bessemer, Ala., Sept. 21, 2013. The Anti-Terrorism Battalion was activated within 4th Marine Division in August 2005, its mission was to provide a supported command with purpose-trained infantry units to protect and defend against terrorist operations, actions, and attacks worldwide.
