The crew of a Coast Guard Boat Station San Juan 45-foot Response Boat Medium provides lifejackets and prepares to embark nine Dominican migrants, following an at-sea interdiction by Caribbean Border Interagency Group partner agencies Oct. 8, 2013, approximately 29 nautical miles north of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
