NEW ORLEANS - An Airman surveys damage Sept. 24 to an Air Force-built tent city constructed here for Soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division. Nearly 600 Airmen hunkered down the in Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport during the storm.
