An aerial photograph taken in severe weather conditions shows a commercial fishing vessel, appearing to be named 'Sea King' or similar, in distress or operating in rough seas with its outrigger nets deployed. A smaller orange and white vessel, consistent with a Coast Guard or rescue boat, is approaching from the upper right. The image was likely captured during an emergency response or rescue operation in stormy, foggy conditions.
