Participants run and walk during the 65 Miles for 65 Roses event at Mission Bay Park in San Diego, Oct. 12. Those who attended walked, ran or cycled to show their support for cystic fibrosis research. Maj. Jesse Sjoberg started the event in 2011 to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
