Joint planners and operators enhance their joint expertise during the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) while operating from a Deployable Joint Command and Control system at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. From Sept. 9-13, personnel from each of the JECC's three subordinate joint commands - the Joint Planning Support Element, the Joint Communications Support Element and the Joint Public Affairs Support Element - participated in the command's quarterly MRX training event to validate the capabilities JECC brings to crisis and contingency operations.
