Sailors assigned to Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center hold a command uniform inspection in preparation for the seasonal shift to service dress blues. The inspection helped ensure sailors were wearing their uniforms properly and within regulations. Lovell FHCC is the first and only federal health care center in the nation, integrating the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs health care services in the Great Lakes, Ill., area.
