Grenada Governor General Cecile La Grenade reflects in silence after laying a wreath at a memorial on St. George’s University’s True Blue Campus for 19 U.S. service members killed during the U.S.-Caribbean intervention operation that began Oct. 25, 1983, to restore security and democratic institutions in the Eastern Caribbean island state.
