De Zutter, replace Gunnery Sergeant Richard Sroka's rank insignia with Master Sergeant pins during his promotion aboard the USS Constitution, "Old Ironsides." The Constitution is the oldest commissioned ship in the U.S. Navy. Bataan is in Boston, Mass., participating in the 27th annual Boston Harborfest 2008, a six-day long Fourth of July Festival showcasing the colonial and maritime heritage of the cradle of the American Revolution in the historic city of Boston.
