Rivers, battalion chaplain, 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5, arranges more operations to support widows of Rutbah during a humanitarian mission in the city, July 16. Rivers delivered food and supplies to 10 families without fathers. It served as another bonding element between the people of Rutbah and coalition forces.
