Cpl. Jason Albright, a fire team leader with Black Sea Rotational Force 14, bounds off an assailant after taking him down during the OC level one qualification course at Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, Oct. 24, 2013. Being able to remain calm and efficiently combat assailants after OC exposure makes Marines and sailors competent warriors and provides them with a deeper appreciation for non-lethal resources. These resources provide BSRF-14 with an advantage in issues of riot control, crisis management and detainee handling.
