Army Sgt. Matthew Early, a training noncommissioned officer for the 333rd Signal Company, 78th Signal Battalion, finds a location on a map during the 10th Regional Support Group Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year competition Oct. 25th at Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan. Early was selected as the NCO of the Year and will compete at the United States Army Japan and 8th Theater Sustainment Command Warrior Challenge competitions next spring.
