247th Military Police Detachment Soldiers carry the joint services Special Olympics Torch representing law enforcement agencies across the services from Torii Station to Kadena Air Base. For the past 10 years, law enforcement agencies on island have participated in the torch run to for Special Olympics to follow the tradition that started in 1981 in the United States.
