Only 319 more to go! PFC Dustin Taylor, B Co 108th Armor Regiment, puts some muscle into removing one of 320 track pads on a tank. Temperatures can exceed 130 degrees in Yusifiyah, Iraq and the heat takes its toll on the wear of the track pads.
"Maintenance is important here," Taylor, a Highpoint, NC resident stated. "If your equipment doesn't work (properly) you can't complete the mission."
