Lt. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley, chief of Army Reserve, answers questions during a town hall meeting held with soldiers of the 416th Theater Engineer Command at the Parkhurst U.S. Army Reserve Center in Darien, Ill., Nov. 1. Approximately 60 Army civilians and Soldiers attended the meeting, from the ranks of sergeant all the way to general officer. Soldiers asked questions on a variety of topics, such as the ever-changing role of the Army Reserve in today's military, policies that would allow Reserve Soldiers to serve in a greater capacity, the recent sequestration and more.
